By accessing or using the Berke Catering website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Berke Catering provides professional catering and event services in Los Angeles. All services are subject to availability and require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm booking. The scope, pricing, and terms of each event will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
3. Booking & Deposits
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Your event date is not secured until both have been received.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and branding — is the property of Berke Catering and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Berke Catering's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
